Personified Trees
In this assignment, students had to utilize graphite pencils to add value. Their task was to draw a tree with human-like characteristics.
Mini Lesson: Dyptichs
As a transitional project, I introduced "diptychs" to my students. They could draw anything but their concept and content had to relate back to the idea of time. .
TikTok Timewarp Portraits
I incorporated social media and the use of student's phones to my advantage with this project. Their task was to create a portrait of themselves using TikTok. Next, students had to think of what colours would represent them and why.
